Shipping Policy

Allow 72 business hours for a response about your items

All items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship excluding holidays and and weather

Lost packages 

If your package has been confirmed via USPS / FED EX/ UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS / UPS  as we are not responsible for lost packages. Once you file a claim with USPS / FED EX UPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.
